Barbur Boulevard, then again at SW Naito Parkway. The 15K course will pass underneath the Tram’s lift path at SW Terwilliger Boulevard and at SW Barbur Boulevard. The Shamrock Run has more than 30,000 participants. Portland Police will control traffic and ensure emergency-vehicle access to OHSU.
